1. Service Description

ChartPulse AI is a Chrome extension and web-based service that provides AI-powered trading chart analysis. The service captures screenshots of trading charts and uses artificial intelligence to generate trading signals including direction, entry price, take profit, and stop loss levels.

2. Not Financial Advice

ChartPulse AI provides analysis for educational and informational purposes only. Our signals are not financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading instructions. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

4. Subscription & Payments

ChartPulse AI offers Free, Starter ($39/month), and Pro ($79/month) plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at info@chartpulse.world.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has signal limits (Free: 3 total, Starter: 5/day, Pro: 10/day). Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer the service, share your account with others, use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage, or resell analysis results commercially without permission.

7. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI analysis is probabilistic, not deterministic. ChartPulse AI does not guarantee the accuracy of any signal. Past performance of AI analysis does not predict future results. Market conditions can change rapidly, and signals may become invalid shortly after generation.

8. Limitation of Liability

ChartPulse AI shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our service. The maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications to the service at any time.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
